 Celso Macaspac was born in Orion, Bataan, Philippines, and migrated to the United States at the young age of 10. With a deep sense of duty and resilience, he proudly served in the U.S. Navy for 20 years. Yet beyond his military service, Celso discovered his true calling: uplifting and connecting Kapwa (fellow) Filipinos through entertainment. For over two decades, he has passionately dedicated himself to creating spaces of joy, pride, and cultural celebration—bringing the Filipino-American community together through music, laughter, and shared heritage.
