Marissa de Luna proudly serves as the Charter President of the Rotary Club of Sweetwater San Diego. An accomplished insurance agent, award‑winning Mobile Notary Ambassador, and MBA graduate, she brings both professional excellence and community dedication to her leadership.
Beyond her career, Marissa is an avid bowler and endurance athlete. To celebrate her 50th birthday, she achieved an extraordinary milestone—completing 57 half marathons across all 50 states, every continent, and Washington, D.C., in just ten months.
A native of Cotabato City, Mindanao, Philippines, Marissa now calls San Diego home. She shares life with her husband, Tracy Sundlun, Co‑Founder of the Rock ’n’ Roll Marathon Series; her 45‑year‑old son; and their beloved chihuahua, Lilo.
Her Rotary journey reflects a lifelong devotion to the motto “Service Above Self,” embodying gratitude, resilience, and a spirit of service that inspires all who know her.
