Rise Up Asians Health & Wellness Fair

VENDOR SET‑UP (9:00AM – 10:00 AM) 

INSPECTION BY NATIONAL CITY IS 10AM. IF YOU ARE NOT SET UP BY 10 WE WILL FOREGO YOUR SPOT

Arrival & Check‑In

• Please arrive between 9:00 AM and 9:30 AM.

• Check in at the INFORMATION BOOTH the parking lot.

• You may unload at the designated drop‑off zone near the event area.

• No vehicles are allowed inside the event space after 9:30 AM.

• Volunteers will be available to assist with unloading if needed.

Booth Setup

Each vendor must bring:

• One table

• Two chairs

• Tent 10x10

Please:

• Set up your booth according to the layout map.

• Keep walkways clear and avoid blocking neighboring vendors.

• Use weights for any tents or shade structures — no staking into the ground.

• Bring any additional décor, signage, or materials you need.

Waste & Sustainability

• Please help us maintain a clean, low‑waste event.

• Dispose of trash and recycling in the designated bins.

• Minimize single‑use plastics whenever possible.

VENDOR TAKE‑DOWN (4:00 PM – 5:00 PM)

Closing Announcement

• A closing reminder will be made at 3:45 PM.

• Please do not begin breaking down before this time unless instructed.

Breakdown Process

• Pack up all materials, products, and décor.

• Remove all trash from your booth area.

• Volunteers can assist with carrying items to your vehicle.

Loading Out

• Vehicles may return to the drop‑off/loading zone after 5:00 PM.

• Please load efficiently to keep the area clear for other vendors.

Return Borrowed Items

• Return any borrowed tables, chairs, or equipment to the designated collection area.

Leave No Trace

• Double‑check your space to ensure nothing is left behind.

• Help us keep Kimball Park clean and ready for future community events.

IMPORTANT REMINDERS

• Food vendors must follow all health and safety guidelines and may not cook on site.

• Nonprofit and informational vendors may not sell items unless previously approved.

• All vendors are responsible for supervising their booth at all times.

• Please notify a coordinator immediately if you need assistance during the event.
